Tui Bee Balm is our original healing and soothing balme for scratches, burns, sunburn, cracked skin, grazes, rashes and scar tissue. It may also help with severe conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Bee Balm is excellent for everyday use as a skin conditioner and barrier cream - especially for working hands.
Consistent feedback from mothers over many years confirms Bee Balm as a highly effective and truly natural treatment for nappy rash. It's natural richness makes it an ideal medium for stretch marks both pre and post natally. It is also effective for cradle cap.
Great for Baby's bum!
Propolis, used in Bee Balm, is increasingly referred to as 'nature's antibiotic' - a marvellous natural substance utilised by bees to prevent bacterial infection in the hive. Vitamin E accelerates the healing of burns and damaged skin.
On application, the idea of 'use less more often' is one to remember. Massage/rub into dry areas properly, working in all the excess, rather than having too much. It's not that it will do any harm - it's just a waste as the efficacy is at the point of contact, not on top of the layer already applied!
We have had great feedback on its use in secondary healing of severe scarring after major burns or other injury.
There are no Essential Oils or Almond Oil in Bee Balm which makes it the medium of choice for massage with clients who are nut allergic.
8th November 2011Having lived in New Zealand. I was drawn to this product for it amazing ingredients. I love the range.\r\nI now use it extensively in my Reflexology practice. It always is received well and enjoyed.\r\n makes the skin incredibly soft and there is no slipping over reflexes giving a good grip whist working.\r\nI am a big fan.\r\nby Kathleen\r\nTreatsforfeetrefleoxlogy.co.uk

7th August 2008I thought you may be interested to know that Bee Balme is excellent for horsefly bites. This morning I got a bad horsefly bite which immediately swelled up and turned bright red and itched. I had nothing in the house except a jar of Bee Balme that I bought in New Zealand in 2000...well out of date! But it was nothing short of miraculous. There is now no swelling, redness or itching at all (just 2 hours after the sting). Normally horsefly bites are long lasting and painful. I don't know if it's a 'one off' but I am very impressed and felt I had to let you know! - Jane Jellicoe

25th January 2010My skin is incredibly dry, especially on my face at this time of the year, and I find no amount of creams or lotions I have made myself or bought, actually work. So I thought I would try this, what can I say it is just amazing. I have had to order myself a bigger pot I love it so much, non greasy it soaks in just fine. I also use the foot balme for reflexology and would definitely recommend all waxes and balmes. Thank you for such amazing products.

16th June 2008My two toddlers and I love this cream. We all suffer from eczema in various places and to various degrees and we find that this cream really helps to soothe, calm and heal. My daughter (who is 3) particularly loves her Tui cream, she has mild eczema around her mouth which often gets irritated when she eats so she asks for it to be put on before she eats. Because its so natural I have no hesitation in applying it as often as she likes, I bought a 300g pot for home and a 100g pot for out and about. Thanks so much for supplying such a lovely product,

10th January 2010I have no hesitation in recommending this product. We use it on my 16 month old when she has nappy rash and it works fantastically well. I think it is the best product on the market for nappy rash - far better than the well known brands you buy in the supermarket/chemist. I was concerned initially that it seemed like a lot of money for a small tub of product, but you only need to use a little, which goes a long way, and therefore it is actually great value for money. Try some - you won't be disappointed.
