The Tui Community and Tui Bee Balme Co-Operative
The Tui Community was formed in 1984. It is an 'intentional community' where people have deliberately come together to share lives and livelihoods. It is situated on the edge of the Abel Tasman National Park on New Zealand's South Island. Tui Balmes and Waxes is a co-operative business which has emerged from the Tui Community.
Songbird Naturals Ltd is a separate company based in the UK, which represents, manufactures and distributes the full range of Tui products in England and Europe. We have close ties with the Tui Community and as a company believe in the values and principles along which the community is run.
