Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail and telephone with Songbird Naturals Ltd. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction (secure server), e-mail (unsecured) or telephone. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visacard and Paypal. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any late and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. If you are paying by BACS, unless an arrangement has been made, orders will not be dispatched until the funds have been transferred.
Songbird Orders sent outside the UK
International parcels under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail Tracked Service. Parcels over 2kg to the EU and the rest of the world are sent with DHL. The price is automatically calculated at the checkout and will vary according to the weight bracket and country. If your country is not listed on our website for delivery, please contact us.
Please note deliveries to the EU may be delayed due to new customs restrictions. There are no duties to be paid for deliveries in the EU but VAT and Handling fees will be applicable. We do not charge VAT for customers in the EU, so your country will charge the VAT as part of your charge. The remainder of the charge is the "Handling fee" and varies from country to country, at the moment it looks to us as if the handling charges in the EU are very roughly €20-25 per parcel.

We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Ownership of Goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Songbird Naturals Ltd until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
